The frame measures: 1 3/4 inches wide X 2 7/16 tall. The original oil painting this photo paper represents is by the 19th Century Danish painter; Vilhelm Hammerchai, in 1887. It is a painting of his sister Anna Hammerchai. The original painting was quite notable in it's time and awarded a bronze medal at the Exposition Universelle in Paris.
